NEWS

MAY 2007:

Sorry I am so bad at updating this! Well, issue #5 (Pride) just hit the stands and the series is still doing stong with both fans and the critics. I have posted the covers for Pride and Envy... wait untill you guys get a load of what David Mack and Leif Jones pulled out for that one... unbelievable!

If anyone is going to be in Philly for the Philadelphia Comic Con (June 15-17th), make sure to look for me signing copies of Se7en in the artist alley or at the Zenescope booth (#1106). See you then!

DECEMBER 2006:

Wow! I just completed the interiors for issue #3 and I am quite happy the way things turned out! My issue will probably hit the stands in January, but if you can't wait until then, I just posted a few sample pages! Enjoy!

The cover for issue #4: LUST is now up on the site, as well as some of the new notebook pages appearing in issue #2: GREED

I also wanted to say thanks to the guys at Zenescope for giving me the opportunity to expand from just doing the covers and letting me go wild on the interiors for issue #3. Check out the rest of their comics at www.zenescope.com

Also, the Sloth script is amazing and was written by Mike Kalvoda (who might actually be a serial killer). He also comes up with all of the brilliant John Doe ramblings I put in the notebooks (what part of serial killer did you not understand?)

SEPTEMBER 2006:

I have begun to work on the sequentials for Issue #3: SLOTH. Everything is going great so far, and I promise to have some sneek peeks up soon.

Se7en #1, Gluttony hits shelves September 20th! Here is what a couple reviewers had to say:

ÒSe7en: Gluttony is a beautifully illustrated comic and the lined pages torn from John Doe's notebook are fascinatingÉ the story is pretty damn good and Gregory catches the nuances perfectly" --Shaun Manning, SBC

Ò The story has brief but enjoyable interruptions of what seem to be pages from John Doe's journals...it comes off as quite creepy, and is effective as a device to make the story more immediate... If you are a horror fan, a serial killer genre buff, or if you just dug the film Se7en, do not miss this book.Ó --Koben Kelly, Newsarama

AUGUST 2006:

Se7en on the E! Channel!! Zenescope Entertainment and New Line Cinema's Se7en comic book series was featured at #7 on The Daily 10 show this past July 27 on the E! Television Network. After a lead-in highlighting scenes from the movie Se7en, the Zenescope logo was shown and E! newscasters described how the new series would delve into the mind of villain John Doe. My cover for Issue #1 made the broadcast! Click here to check out the video!
